MACHINE

We have VMC milling machine centers and wire cut machines and Generic Toolroom machines for manufacturing Press Tools as per design.

This comprehensive setup allows us to adhere to design specifications and deliver tools as per design requirements

METHOD

We use Tool design software Catia, Unigraphics, SolidWorks and Auto CADS in design and development of Press Tools.

We also operate a modern tool assembly shop spanning 5500 square feet, equipped with advanced material handling equipment. To ensure precision and quality, our in-house VMC and wire cut machine shop provides us with the capability to manufacture tools on site, streamlining the process.

We are also equipped with 200 TON tool tryout press, essential for rigorous testing and validation of our tools. This allows us to align with our vision to produce tools of the highest quality for our customers.

QUALITY

Our dedicated team of experienced quality personnel meticulously inspects parts during tool tryouts and samples check and produces a detailed inspection report. Before delivering the press tools, we conduct a sample approval with customer interface to ensure a thorough pre-production quality check on all products.

Samples approval with customer interface and supply parts for Pre-Production Quality is followed before Press Tools delivery.

To ensure dimensional accuracy, we utilize a combination of customer supplied gauges, in-house and outsourced checking gauges.

We outsource CMM inspection for layout inspection of parts.
